He tried to get as much paint off the plate as he could.....
....in an way that he could
!And when he ran out of paint on his plate, he took it from the sign! So resourceful!!
My favorite was when his nose had an itch!

I think my favorite picture is the one of Carter rubbing the plate on his stomch to make sure he got every last bit of paint!
