Carter helped Mike and Julia finger paint a welcome home sign for Shirley who was returning from her final week as a counselor at EFY. I love the concentrating tongue!
I don't understand HOW kids just know to start painting themselves! It sure didn't take him long either!
He thought it was a lot more fun than painting the posters!
